I know that I have already posted this piece and I did think it was complete.. until I continued to walk past it this weekend and think that it needed something lol. I thought that the white background really didnt go with what I wanted and so today I sat down with my paints and did a simple blue background. I thought the circles & blues would be a good contrast to the orange and yellow and the lines of the hair. :)I am pretty excited about it now. I think the background added a lift to it and the frame just made the final wah-lah! :)
What do you think? Did you like it better w/ the white background or the finished product??
I hope everyone had a nice weekend. We have had a busy one and the snow has come too. Its snowing like CRAZY out tonight. EESH!

I love the new background, Andrea...really adds something.
The blue definitely harmonizing the whole thing.
