Peach Cobbler mmmm mmmmm

My bestie and I decided to make peach cobbler yesterday. It would have been way more fun if we were together, since she lives in MS and I live in WV but we used the same recipe and made the peach cobbler's at our home, then we took pictures of how it turned out. It was a silly fun idea for us both to try a new recipe, and neat to see how different each of them turned out even after we used the same recipe.

Here's a picture of my peach cobbler before it went in the oven:

And then here are the pictures fresh out of the oven:

Add a little vanilla ice cream on top and it was THE BEST! I am so happy we tried this recipe!
So to share the yummy goodness with everyone below is the recipe!

Yummy Peach Cobbler

I used 2 small pans for my cobbler but you can use 1 9x13 pan if you prefer.
Spray your pan(s) with pam...
Filling:
Drain 1 can of peaches and do not drain the second can
In a Medium sized bowl add both cans of peaches
Add 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
cinnamon (you choose the amount)
(I used about 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, I also added 1/2 tsp nutmeg, and 1/2 tsp of allspice for a little extra flavoring but this recipe didnt call for that)
~Mix everything together and add to your pan(s)

Topping:

In a medium sized bowl add:
2 1/4 c. biscuit mix
1 stick of melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
~Mix everything together (its ok if there are small lumps)
~ With a spoon place dollops of your topping to the top of the peach mixture in your pan.
~Mix a small amount of cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle it evenly over the top of your cobbler.
~ Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes

And thats its! You now have a yuuuummmy dessert!
If anyone tries out this recipe we would love to see how it turns outs! Feel free to share your thoughts, opinions on the recipe, photos, or any changes you may make. Enjoy!
